Refund policy

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. All sale items and made to orer pieces are final sale, cannot be returned nor exchanged. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@alma-bianca.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Please note for returns we charge a $10 fee for the return shipping label, exchanges will not be charged. 

For exchanges, we recommend contacting us to confirm product availability before sending the item back. If the item isn´t available you can select another item within the same price point or we can issue store credit for you to purchase later down the line.
