Shipping Methods and Rates

Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options for orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Options include:

Free shipping on all orders 

Please note: Order will be shipped using either USPS or UPS

Shipping Process

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Alma Bianca is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped. 

Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or damages, please contact our customer service team at contact@alma-bianca.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible! 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Alma Bianca is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Processing Timeline

All orders are processed within 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We use standard shipping for all orders, if you would like expedited shipping please select upon checkout. Please note for expedited orders processing also takes 3 days, please reach out to us if your order is extremely urgent and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email and once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a tracking number. Feel free to contact us if you have any issues or questions at contact@alma-bianca.com 

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@alma-bianca.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Please note for returns we charge a $10 fee for the return shipping label, exchanges will not be charged. 

For exchanges, we recommend contacting us to confirm product availability before sending the item back. If the item isn´t available you can select another item within the same price point or we can issue store credit for you to purchase later down the line. 

Are there any shipping costs?

At Alma Bianca we are all about giving you. the best experience. All of our orders include free shipping.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to contact@alma-bianca.com. We will do our best to resolve your order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to contact@alma-bianca.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Fabric Care

How should I care for my Alma Bianca clothing?

Our knitted clothing is made from a combination of high quality cotton, and recycled polyester. Please place clothing inside out, and wash on delicate (gentle) cycle using cold water and are dry. 

Our linen clothing is delicate so please use cold water, and a gentle cycle and aire dry is a must since linen will shrink in the dryer. 

Combine Alma Bianca clothing with other similar colors to prevent staining and any damage. If you have any additional questions please reach out to us contact@alma-bianca.com
